What Is Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy?

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) involves spending time in a gently pressurised chamber while breathing oxygen-rich air. The increased pressure helps more oxygen dissolve into your blood and reach your tissues than normal breathing at room pressure.

At Go! Health Woking, we use the AirPod wellness chamber as part of a mild, wellness-focused approach to help you:

What an amazing place! I can't fault my experience here and as someone who doesn't naturally enjoy exercise the EGYM equipment takes all the worry out of what exercises I should be doing and fiddling around with adjusting equipment as it automatically does everything for you. I love how you can monitor everything on the app and see your progression. I have just completed my 3 onboarding sessions which have been incredibly thorough and enlightening and Lucy has been brilliant taking me through everything. I love the fact that there are recovery features such as the infra-red sauna, which I've used today and was brilliant, and the cryo chamber which I'm keen to try as well as other features. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and the gym itself is tucked away in a quiet spot with plenty of easy parking. Another nice touch is the free coffee which you can enjoy after a session! I honestly think it will be the best money I've ever spent on my fitness and the key here is that I actually look forward to going thanks to the friendly and professional team.

Really enjoyed my first few sessions and very comprehensive onboarding and coaching (included in membership). The team are very friendly and always available to answer questions. As you book a timeslot on the app to exercise and the machines automatically adjust to your height and strength etc. it’s a really efficient way to exercise and never have to wait for equipment as you do in a typical gym.

The staff are very friendly and approachable and are very keen to help and advise. Having the machines all set up with the correct weights for me, ready to go is fantastic.
